Shipping & Payment Information
All Colorado residents will be subject to a local sales tax of 6%. NO international sales - NO EXCEPTIONS. There will be a $50 -$75 additional charge to prepare the machine for delivery. We will pack the game with tough cardboard material to help protect the game from any shipping damage. Each machine weighs approximately 250 - 275 pounds and will be shipped to you via North American Van Lines, or Pilot Air. We prefer to use PayPal, but we will also accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Certified Money Orders or Cashier's Checks.
Shipping with North American Van Lines
If you choose to ship with North American Van Lines, crating will be a $50 charge. We will use their "In Home Delivery Program" and shipping via North American will be approximately $250 depending on your location and usually includes delivery to your home, placing the pinball anywhere you wish on the 'ground' floor of your home and the packaging will even be carted away. Note: Insurance charges could increase your shipping total by $30 depending on the value of your game. We highly recommend that you purchase "full coverage" insurance for your pinball machine thru North American. The Coin Drops Here does not warranty or insure pinball shipments. After you have paid for your Pinball Machine please call North American at 1-800-959-8880, and press option # 2 for their gaming division, and ask for Michelle, Nichol, Tracey, or Amy. They can also estimate delivery times (4-10 days) and answer any additional questions you might have. They will schedule the shipping & handling of your pinball and you can arrange to pay the shipping charges COD when your machine is delivered to you.
Shipping with Pilot Air
If you choose to ship through Pilot Air, the charge for crating will be $75 (The additional $25 is for the lumber required to ship wooden crates). Pilot Air shipping will usually be much more inexpensive than North American Van Lines, but they ONLY ship from terminal to terminal, which means that you will have to pick it up from their shipping terminal. We are more than happy to take it to their Denver shipping terminal free of charge. Personal Pick-Up
You may also elect to personally pick up your pinball machine. A pinball will fit nicely in a Minivan or Pickup Truck but make sure you have someone to help you unload it. We're located 80 miles NW of Denver in Grand Lake , CO .

Terms & Conditions of Sale
Buyer pays for shipping/handling/insurance. A pinball machine is an extremely complex piece of equipment with many electronic circuits and mechanical components that need periodic adjustment. These adjustments should not be made by a novice or by someone not trained in pinball repair. Although we have taken every precaution to insure that the machine you are bidding on and purchasing is in proper operation as described in the auction and will be shipped to you in a professional manner, we cannot guarantee that this machine will not need some minor adjustments or repairs after being shipped to you. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to make any and all "initial" and "continuing" repairs/adjustments required for proper operation of this machine. The Coin Drops Here does provide a thirty day warranty, in which you will be able to give you in-house support if you are within the Denver metro area or phone support if you are out of that area. If it is past the thirty day warranty, we do have the phone number of our tech in Denver, which is an hourly rate.
